Warranty

Upsonic Power models up to 3KVA, are covered by a 36 month Parts & Labour warranty. Internal batteries are covered by a 24 month manufacturer's warranty.

Under warranty claims, the customer is responsible for freight to Upsonic Power's Dandenong warehouse. Upsonic Power will subsequently return the unit freight prepaid to the customer. Out of warranty the customer assumes all freight charges.

Service Agreement

A comprehensive Service Agreement is available that covers the purchased product for any or all repairs including parts and labour for a predetermined period of time. This service will be performed on site or a replacement unit will be provided. Service agreements are available by Quotation. Please contact Upsonic Power for details.

Return Authorisations

Proof of purchase must be presented to obtain a Repair/Return Authorisation Number, prior to shipping the product to the above address. In the event of warranty return the customer will pay for the freight to our nominated service centre and Upsonic Power will bear all return costs.

The decision to repair or replace any or all faulty components under warranty remains at the discretion of Upsonic Power.

Upsonic Power will not be liable for any associated costs incurred by the user, installer, contractor, or supplier as a direct or indirect result of failure or in the replacement of defective material under warranty.
